Can I sign up on behalf of my clients through my own referral link?
We recommend two methods for signing up your clients:
1. Sign up directly from your clients' computers (if possible).
2. Sign up your clients as usual (without using a referral link). Afterward, send us an email with their sign-up email addresses at [email protected].
My friend/client signed up without using the referral link. What can I do?
Send us their email to [email protected], and we'll manually add them to the system.
Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?
Our tracking relies on browser cookies. Therefore, if you signed up using a different browser or device than the one used by the visitors, cleared your cookies, used incognito mode, or registered through your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are certain that the signup or sale wasn't tracked accurately, please contact us at [email protected].
What’s the referral cookie life?
The referral cookie lasts 90 days. If a user purchases the product after 90 days since the first referred visit, the conversion will no longer be tracked.
When will I get paid? How can I get paid if I don’t have PayPal?
All payouts are processed on a monthly basis. We will email you once the payout has been completed. If you don't have PayPal, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an alternative payment method.
